Basically, if you know the distance your participants are willing to travel for your event, you can determine how far out you should market. It will help to answer the question of how far out you should focus your endurance event marketing for an event taking place in Seattle or Chicago or Dallas. Right now, race organizers are forced to take blind guesses at how far their participants will travel for any event.

What’s new
ACTIVE Works Endurance New Releases

As we continue to make ACTIVE Works the cutting edge platform to keep you a step ahead in the game, we made some fantastic enhancements that will generate more revenue for you and while delivering a great experience for participants.

  • Post-Registration Merchandising: You can now enable participants to come back into your registration form and purchase additional merchandise after registering! Great for adding new merchandise items as they become available.
  • Team Pre-Pay: You can now allow team captains to buy pre-paid slots across multiple price types in a single transaction when creating a team. Perfect for corporate teams.
  • QR Codes & Email Confirmations: All confirmation emails now include QR codes to be used with our updated On-Site mobile app, as well as the option to include details of all questions answered and merchandise purchased.
  • Improved Price Type Restrictions: Now include age, gender and country restrictions.
  • Log an Enhancement Request: Now you have the ability to share your ideas about how you would like to see the platform evolve in the future by simply logging an enhancement request. Once logged into your account, you can access this on the right hand bar.

On-Site Mobile App 2.1 Released

Only a month into the new On-Site release and we have another enhancement that will make your life simpler on race day! On-Site 2.1 now allows you to assign or edit your participant’s bib numbers by using the manual option or the QR scan.

Other recent new features and improvements include:

  • QR Code Check-in: Scan the QR code from registrants’ confirmation email to check them in twice as fast.
  • Fast & Secure Payments: Collect credit card payments quickly & securely using the camera on-device. No extra hardware required.
  • Assign Bib Numbers: Use the QR scan or the manual option to assign or edit your participant’s bib numbers.
  • Dynamic Merchandise Check: At-a-glance access to t-shirt sizes and purchased merchandise help you work fast and keep lines short.
  • Manual Search Option: Check-in registrants even faster with enhanced search option.
  • Redesigned User Interface: See real-time event details graphically on the beautiful iOS 8 style layout.

On-Site is the mobile app for ACTIVE Works and is free to download in your app store. Say goodbye to paper. Send the long lines packing. Lower your stress level on race day by using ACTIVE On-Site.
