NIRSA 2012 Conference: ‘Navigating the Future of Collegiate Recreation’

The National Intramural Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) is hosting it’s annual conference in Tampa, Florida from March 27 – 30, 2012. For our campus rec people out there: will we be seeing you there? More than 2,000 campus recreation professionals and students will gather to discuss new innovations and more at the conference titled, “From Ideas to Innovation: Navigating the Future of Collegiate Recreation.”

What it’s all about:

How you can meet up with Active:

We’ll be at NIRSA 2012 in Tampa with a booth and presentation. Stop by our booth #511 between March 27th and 28th for a chance to win an iPad and hang out with some of us from Active!  And we’ll be speaking on “Thinking Inside and Outside the (Recycled Cardboard) Box” on Thursday, March 29 at 8:00 AM. You’ll learn how technology can help make your campus more sustainable.

How you can follow the discussion:

NIRSA has set up a hashtag (#NIRSA2012) to consolidate the conversations on Twitter. To keep up with the conference through Twitter, follow NIRSA below and click on #NIRSA2012 to see the discussions as they are posted:
