What is Rewards?
The Rewards program is designed to provide real value for you, your staff, your users and your participants. And it’s intended to be exceptionally easy for you!
Rewards is a simple membership program for facilities, events and organizations that help consumers to live their more active lifestyle. The centerpiece of the program is to provide members with free samples and other cool items from relevant brands to distribute to their users and participants. Recent sampling programs have included Wheaties Fuel cereal, Craisins, CLIF Bars, Icy Hot, Aquaphor and more!
Who can be a Rewards member?
Any facility, organization or event where people are active. Current members include health clubs, YMCAs, JCCs, colleges, events, campgrounds, park districts, races, sport and social clubs, youth sports, etc.

Staff and consumers have the opportunity to learn about new products. New product samples, relevant to the active consumers, are delivered to your door some times before the product is even available on shelf!
Your Choice
We only include you on programs that make sense for your active consumers. Every program is 100% member opt-in! You select to enroll in the programs you determine best fit your customer. We never send you samples you don’t want.
How It Works:
To become a Rewards member:
Join Rewards Program
Select either facilities or events
Create your login
Provide your facility or event details
Once You're a Member:
1. Check your email
When we have new sampling programs to send out, you will receive emails from Rewards to notify you about the opportunities including the type of product samples and timeframe of the program
2. Enroll in your choice of programs
Opt-in only to the opportunities that you determine fit your consumer and schedule
3. Hand out free samples
Product samples and support materials will be shipped to you at no charge so you can offer them to your customers during the established timeframe
4. Share your feedback & photos
Show and tell us what you, your staff and consumers thought of the program and product samples
Important Member Reminders:
- You will only receive emails for sampling programs that fit your facility, event or organization
- Programs are offered at various times throughout the year
- On average, Rewards members are offered 2-3 sampling programs per year but are not guaranteed

Who is eligible to be a Rewards member?
Rewards benefits a variety of different facilities, events and organizations; however all of our partners have active participants or users that take part in their programs. Current members include health clubs, YMCAs, JCCs, colleges, events, campgrounds, park districts, races, sport and social clubs, youth sports, etc. Don’t hesitate to contact us for help to determine if your facility, event or organization is applicable.
How do I find out about new sampling programs?
Rewards will contact you via email when a promotion is available in your area. The email will have details about the sampling opportunity which you review and decide whether or not your facility, organization or event would like to participate. Finally, if you decide this program is right for your consumers follow the easy directions to enroll in the program.
How may sample offerings should I expect to receive?
As a free program we cannot guarantee the number of programs available or the timing of availability. On average, expect two to three offers per year depending on where and what type of facility, event or organization.
What’s the catch? Are Rewards members asked to do anything after participating in a sampling program?
Once you enroll to receive a sampling program, we just ask that you distribute the samples to individuals at your facility, organization or event during the designated program timeframe outlined in the select program emails. In addition, we request you provide us with feedback and any photos from your sampling program. This is an opportunity to tell us what you think and influence future sampling opportunities.
