It’s possible that customer support may not be the easiest job in the world. Perhaps that’s why there’s whole week on the calendar (this week!) dedicated to appreciating the professionals who work so hard to solve our concerns.

Your time is valuable and in short supply. That’s why our ACTIVE Net customer support team has worked hard this year to shorten wait times, provide quicker and easier case resolutions and create better access to self-service resources for our customers. We’re pretty proud of this team who has made our 24-hour case resolution rate 10% higher than industry average!
