Our Latest Release: Smarter and More Powerful!

What's New With AN.Release 16.2 blog image

In our ongoing enhancement commitment, we focused on the things you and your customers use most, with a goal of making these features work harder—so you don’t have to. It’s all about giving you more of what you need.

ACTIVE Net Release 16.2 contains many updates, but we think you’ll want to explore and start enjoying these top 3 first:

A More Informative Flex Reg Roster Report

The Flex Reg roster report now includes fields for skills and custom questions, giving you the information you need in one convenient report. Staff can now selectively include registration date, payers email, head of household, and head of household email fields on rosters. And we’ve added both the primary and secondary phone numbers for all individuals authorized for pick-ups.

A Smarter Flex Reg Attendance Sheet

It’s now easier than ever to find attendee info and reduce pass validation errors because we’ve included customer ID barcodes on the Attendance Sheet. Simply scan the code and be taken directly to that attendee’s info. No more manual lookups. This is going to greatly expedite child care check-in!

A More Powerful Activities Calendar

Your customers have always been able to filter and search for the activities they love. We’ve brought that same functionality to the Activities Calendar, making it easier than ever for them to find and register for your activities using the activity name or category, age range, or the location of the activity – all from a helpful calendar view. woman CUI activities calendar AN blog image 2
