Update your PAX Pin Pads Now

As part of your preparations for summer programming, please ensure your PAX pin pads are operating on the most current software version. These essential software updates are released periodically, but necessitate a power cycle to become active. To facilitate the update and prevent disruption to active batches, we recommend performing a power cycle of your pin pads prior to the commencement of your next business day.

Disconnect the power cable from the pin pad.
Allow 10 seconds to pass.
Reconnect the power cable. The software update will automatically initiate during the power-on sequence.
