New App Picks up Where Couch to 5K Left Off

The wait is over! Did you fall in love with the Couch to 5K mobile app training plan and subsequently crush a 5K? Want to take it to the next level, but not sure how? Our new mobile app picks up where the Couch-to-5K app left off!The new 5K to 10K app lets you train for a 10k, or a little over 6 miles, in 9 weeks. The trainers you know from Couch-to-5K (Billie, Constance and Sergeant Block) will still guide you along the way and you can continue tracking pace & distance with GPS, listening to your own playlists, logging your workouts and more.
