Transforming Operations with Camp & Class Manager

The Florida State University (FSU) Summer Music Camps began using Camp & Class Manager (CCM) in 2022, and over the past 4 years it has provided just about everything that we need to maximize our camp operations. Almost instantly we saw results in the form of increased enrollment, camper retention, and overall efficiency. As we continue to use it, we have been able to make improvements to every area of our customer facing process and our administration process. 

The biggest impact CCM has had on our operations has been the ability to customize our registration options in order to accommodate complicated sub-categories, and then to maximize enrollment across our available spots using automated waitlists. What used to take hours and hours to manage on paper can now be handled online in minutes with greater accuracy.

The ability to offer payment plans and utilize coupon codes has been pivotal for our families who want to send their kids to camp but would not be able to manage the financial portion otherwise.

From Quick Onboarding to Long-Term Growth

We have especially valued how easy CCM is to set-up and use. Seasonal support staff are able to learn it quickly and utilize all of the robust reporting features with minimal training. We love that we can assign different levels to user profiles to ensure that the right people have access to the right information.

Our camp has continued to enjoy a period of expansion or improvement which we credit greatly to the use of CCM.
