With this update, you can fully design your own event confirmation emails using ACTIVEWorks Endurance’s email customization tools. Add your own branding, marketing highlights, and event details alongside standard confirmation elements—like registration details, OnSite check-in QR Codes, additional purchases, and team info.
You can also embed referral links in your emails, encouraging newly registered participants to share your event with friends and teammates—helping you grow participation and boost engagement through automated registration emails.
With fully customizable email templates, you can create multiple confirmation emails for different categories. For example, if you host a charity race, you can design a custom email tailored specifically to your charity runners—highlighting donation opportunities or sponsor acknowledgments right within their event confirmation email.
The Registration Details component now includes direct self-edit links, giving participants one-click access to manage their registration or transfer categories—right from their confirmation email.
